Small in size but huge in history and influence both within London and the wider United Kingdom and today the world’s leading financial centre. On our stroll we will look at its Roman roots, its Mediaeval expansion and its Modern face. We’ll be putting pieces together from across the ages to make up the picture of the City and seeing some of the extraordinary things that are hidden with the Square Mile.
